RHF Roof Access Staircase

This project was to replace a high-traffic ladder that was used to get up to the top of the furnace with a staircase. When I took over this project there was a design in place that needed to be revised due to a pre-existing beam. Came up with the solution of adding a landing and making a 180-degree turn, this eliminated the issue of the pre-existing beam. Worked with the design firm indoor to revise the prints as well as checked the final dimensions.
